    • Thoughts are turning to Reunions 2024, and we will have a crew on hand to welcome alumni. Our Gear Store will be open, offering a wide selection of Cannon Dial Elm shirts and other Cannon-themed merchandise so please check it out.
    • We are planning our traditional, after P-rade BBQ bash under the tents on the Cannon front lawn!
    • The end of the winter sports season saw both Men’s and Women’s basketball teams, composed primarily of Gunners, make it to post-season play!

  • Bicker 2024

    In our Bicker 2024 issue:

    • We had a highly successful Bicker this year, followed by the election of another amazing undergraduate officer corps!
    • 174 sophomores bickered Cannon, most of whom also double bickered.
    • We offered 116 bids, which yielded 102 new Cannon Dial Elm members, 100 sophomores and 2 juniors.
    • We have 26 different varsity sports teams represented, along with 5 new non-athlete members.

    In our fall/winter 2023 issue:

    • The fall/winter athletic spotlight. From football to swimming, check out how Princeton made out with special kudos to our very own Gunners!
    • At this years Winter PVC Athletic Luncheon, Cannon was well represented. The Voice of the Student Athlete Panel featured four accomplished Gunners reflecting on their opportunities to achieve, serve, and lead throughout their student-athlete experience.
    • We hosted two fun semi-formals; the Disco & Tequila semi with Tequila tastings featuring Case Azul and 818 and our Peaky Blinders themed winter semi which had whiskey tastings (inspired by the previous semi’s Tequila tastings).

  • Thanksgiving 2023

    In our Thanksgiving 2023 issue:

    • We elected four new members of the Grad Board: Nick Lulli ’13 (entrepreneur); Erin Williams ‘14 (IT marketing); Anna Walker ‘17 (environmental development specialist); and Mike Perloski ‘18 (investment banker).
    • The University’s ‘dining pilot’ conducted last Spring was published finding that 40-60% of students in co-ops with meal plans or those eating independently were dissatisfied with their dining choice but over 80% of club members were satisfied with theirs!
    • We are cruising toward retaining the Club Intramural championship that we have held the last 8 years.

    In our September 2023 issue:

    • This summer, Head Chef and General Manager, Bill Conrad was busy, overseeing completion of the repointing project to protect the club’s exterior from water infiltration, revamping the basement lighting, and adding a regulation-sized pong table emblazoned with the Cannon Moose logo!
    • At the end of Fall bicker, Cannon picked up 21 new members from the junior and senior classes increasing total membership to just under 200!
    • The Grad Board Governance Committee is looking at improvements to club facilities to keep the club desirable for both current and future members over the next 5-10 years.
