After a long 3 week break gunners are slowly starting to filter back on to campus. As usual break does not exactly mean break for most Cannon members. Many of our members were only home for a short period of time before they hastily returned to their sports season.
Although, we don’t feel too bad for all of them that their break was cut short. Soon after their return Men’s Basketball ventured all the way across the country to sunny LA, where they took on Cal Poly and USC. They came out with a W for both games, dominating Cal Poly 80-60 and winning in a OT nail biter against USC 103-93. They then flew to Hawaii for the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond head Classic. They competed in 3 games, emerging with a 2-1 record. They also got to do some well earned island exploring.
