This past weekend was another exciting weekend for the Cannon Dial Elm Club. Formals went off without a hitch. The theme was “Winter is Coming” the slogan for a popular T.V show Game of Thrones. People sat down to enjoy an incredible dinner of delicious mac n Cheese, followed by either steak, fish or pasta. People also enjoy taking pictures on the Iron Throne, a key piece of the show, and work of art built by our very own bicker chair, Stuart Pomeroy.
As for our winter sports update, Men’s ice hockey took home a win and loss against Arizona State this weekend, while Women’s ice hockey also won and loss to Quinnipiac.
Women’s basketball won 60-46 against Quinnipiac, while Mens Basketball fell to George Washington this past Wednesday. They will face off against Monmouth at 7pm tomorrow, tune into ESPN3 to watch the game.
